Mobile Workout offers in-home (or at the location of the client’s choosing) post injury rehabilitation personal training in Houston, Katy and Richmond, Texas. After the client’s discharge from physical therapy, chiropractic therapy or occupational therapy, Mobile Workout will work with them to resolve any functional deficits that remain. Participating in personal training is not a replacement for physical or chiropractic therapy.

Mobile Workout provides post rehabilitation personal training which takes place after the client has completed therapy and has been cleared for exercise by their doctor, therapist, chiropractor, etc. Post injury rehabilitation personal training will further improve any deficiencies to the client’s physical fitness.

Post injury rehabilitation personal training focuses on strength and conditioning with flexibility training, resistance training and endurance training. Each exercise is tailored specifically to the client based upon their medical condition. Every client will be different in terms of recovery and fitness capability after their injury. Mobile Workout will continue the therapist’s schedule for clients to achieve a complete recovery. Post injury rehabilitation can often take months of work.
