We offer personal training in Houston, Katy and Richmond, Texas. Where is the location? You tell us because the location is set by you! Yes that’s right, we will meet you at the location of your choosing. That location can be where you feel most comfortable or a place that’s convenient to you based upon your busy schedule; such as your office. It’s a personalized approach to accommodate your busy schedule. Some clients don’t have much time outside of the office; so an in office visit is perfect for them to keep up with their fitness goals. Others feel more comfortable working out at home. Choosing the location you feel comfortable with will greatly increase your dedication to exercising. You don’t need to purchase any equipment. With Mobile Workout, we bring all the equipment to you.

Our personal trainers will develop a specialized workout program based upon your fitness goals; you’ll look better and feel better in no time. Not everyone has the same goals in mind. Some fitness goals include: losing weight, getting toned, increasing muscle, mastering a skill, training for an event, relieving pain and post injury rehabilitation. Exercising regularly has its benefits however not everyone knows what exercises are needed to achieve their goals. That’s where the knowledge of a personal trainer is highly beneficial plus the motivation and accountability of a personal trainer are invaluable.

Our trainers will work with you to obtain your fitness goals. The personal training sessions last 50 minutes to 1 hour. Our certified trainers can accommodate private and semi-private sessions up to three people.
