Lack of Exercise Contributes To Arthritis Pain

A lack of exercise contributes to arthritis pain. When you don’t exercise, your joints will become even more aggravated and painful because the lack of exercise will add more stress to the joints. Arthritis relief is obtainable through a well designed exercise program which will increase your range of motion by maintaining normal joint movement. Exercise is critical to increase muscle strength, flexibility, reduce joint pain, control weight, and combat fatigue. Consult your doctor for an exercise plan that will work best for you.
