Before giving you exercises, we look at how your body moves, where it may be compensating, and what areas may be weak, tight, unstable, or restricted. From there, your program is built around your goals, your limitations, your schedule, and the equipment you have at home.

Best for exercise review, form checks, movement questions, or help building a simple plan.
Once a Month
Best for independent clients who want occasional guidance and program updates.
Bi-Weekly Training
Best for clients who want accountability, steady progress, and regular adjustments without meeting every week.
Weekly Training
Best for most clients who want consistent coaching, structure, and progress tracking.
Two to Three Times Per Week
Best for clients who need more accountability, are preparing for surgery, rebuilding after physical therapy, or want faster progress.
